What is CINCH™?
CINCH™ is Dominic Dimitri’s proprietary club-retention technology.
It is designed to help secure your clubs within the bag, reducing unnecessary club movement, rattle, bounce, and sway while keeping each club organized and easily accessible.

Can I see the CINCH™ system?
CINCH™ is intentionally integrated into the design of the bag rather than added as a visible mechanism.

Does CINCH™ use magnets, springs, or mechanical clamps?
No. CINCH™ achieves club retention through its proprietary geometry and engagement system without relying on magnets, springs, or complicated mechanical components.
Simply place your club into its designated position and CINCH™ does the rest.
Do I have to lock or release my clubs?
No. There are no buttons, levers, latches, or release mechanisms. CINCH™ is designed to make securing and retrieving your clubs feel natural and effortless.
Will CINCH™ damage my clubs or shafts?
CINCH™ is designed specifically for use with golf equipment and to securely manage the club from within the bag without requiring a mechanical clamp on the shaft. As with any golf bag, clubs should always be inserted and removed normally and the bag should be kept free of excessive dirt, sand, or debris.
Does CINCH™ work with different grip sizes?
CINCH™ is designed to accommodate a broad range of commonly used golf grips. Certain unusually large, specialty, or non standard grips may fit differently. If you have questions about a specific grip, please contact Product Support.
Is DOM a 14-way bag?
Yes. DOM features a 14-way organized top designed to give each club its own intuitive position while working seamlessly with the CINCH™ system.
Is DOM designed specifically for riding carts?
DOM is a premium cart bag designed around the riding-cart experience. Its organization, pocket placement, club access, storage, and CINCH™ technology have all been considered with the way golfers actually use their bags on the course.
Can I use DOM on a push cart?
DOM may be used with many push carts, although fit and positioning can vary by cart design.
DOM has provided a battery pouch in thback of the bag to help with electric carts as well.
Features & Accessories
Does DOM have an alignment stick holder?
Yes. A dedicated alignment stick holder is integrated into the bag so alignment sticks can be stored cleanly without interfering with your clubs.
How does the magnetic towel system work?
The DOM towel system is designed to keep your towel conveniently positioned close to the bag while helping prevent it from dragging or hanging unnecessarily low during use. A magnetic attachment allows the towel to be easily removed when needed and quickly returned to the bag.
Does DOM include a beverage cooler?
Yes. DOM includes an insulated beverage compartment integrated into the bag’s storage design.
Does the bag have an umbrella holder?
Yes. An integrated umbrella holder provides convenient storage while keeping the overall exterior design clean and organized.
Does DOM have a glove holder?
Yes. A conveniently positioned hook-and-loop surface provides quick access to your glove between shots. Dom has several locations to utilize the hook-and-loop, above both towel rings and two others at the bottom of the front pouch.
Are the zippers weather resistant?
DOM uses premium weather-resistant zipper construction designed to help protect the contents of your bag during normal golf conditions. The bag is not intended to be completely waterproof or submerged in water.
Personalization
Can I personalize my DOM bag?
Personalization options may be available for select DOM products. Available options will be displayed during ordering when available.
Can personalized products be returned?
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error was made in fulfilling your order. However, the personalization is done on a removeable panel and as long as the bag color matches, the personalization can be transferred to the replacement bag. Please carefully review personalization details before completing your purchase.
Ordering & Shipping
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address associated with your order.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Contact Customer Support as soon as possible. If your order has not entered fulfillment or personalization, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once fulfillment has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact Customer Support promptly and include your order number along with photographs of the product and shipping packaging. Our team will review the issue and help make it right.
Returns & Warranty
What is the warranty on a DOM bag?
DOM bags are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
The CINCH™ system is also covered by the same one-year limited warranty. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, and damage caused by third parties are not covered. For complete details, please review our Warranty Policy. VIEW WARRANTY POLICY
Can I return my DOM bag?
Unused, non-personalized products purchased directly from Dominic Dimitri may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the requirements of our Returns & Exchanges Policy. VIEW RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Product Care
How should I clean my DOM bag?
For routine cleaning, use a clean, soft cloth lightly dampened with water.
For more persistent dirt, a small amount of mild soap diluted with water may be used.
Always test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area first.
Avoid bleach, solvents, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and stiff brushes.
What should I do if my bag gets wet?
Allow the bag to air dry naturally before storing it. Open pockets as necessary to allow moisture to escape. Do not use direct heat to dry the bag.
Does CINCH™ require maintenance?
CINCH™ is designed to require minimal maintenance. Simply keep the club-retention areas free from excessive dirt, grass, sand, and debris. Do not lubricate, modify, or disassemble the system. If something doesn’t feel or perform as expected, contact Product Support.
